Dover’s only ‘secure truck park’ is approved and accredited by LABEL (4 x Lock), ESPORG, PACT and several commercial organisations.

The facility is enclosed by three metre high security fencing, with a secure metre tall concrete bund-wall on the inside. The perimeter is protected by state-of the-art alarms, combined with PTZ cameras that can detect and zoom in on any attempted security breach.

Careful positioning of the ‘white light’ floodlighting gives illumination for security but does not disturb the driver’s sleeping in their trucks.

All entrances and exits are controlled and monitored with the entrance and exit barriers fitted with a security curtain and skirt lattice to prevent unauthorised ingress or egress.

Strategically-placed CCTV cameras monitor security with non-event recordings kept for at least 31 days.

ANPR cameras are in place to monitor facilitate easy access and speed up the exit of for authorised and approved vehicles.

Regular security patrols by site staff reinforce the emphasis on security.
